Bob is a nationally recognized corporate sales trainer and instructional designer with over two decades of experience in business management, sales leadership, and strategic negotiations. A Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Political Science and Organizational Leadership, he holds executive certificates in Negotiation and Influence from MIT Sloan and AI for Business from Penn Wharton, plus certifications in BMI intercultural analysis and DISC personality assessment.
Bob applies neuroscience-based learning principles to develop high-performing sales teams, enhance communication across diverse markets, and translate complex business challenges into actionable sales strategies. He is also a frequent commentator on business advancement strategies and building positive corporate sales cultures.
