About Bob Greene
RCG Workgroup is led by Principal Consultant Bob Greene.
Bob is a nationally recognized business advisor, corporate trainer, and instructional designer with more than two decades of experience in business management, sales leadership, and strategic negotiations. A Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Political Science and Organizational Leadership, he holds executive certificates in Negotiation and Influence from MIT Sloan and AI for Business from Penn Wharton, along with certifications in BMI intercultural analysis and DISC and MBTI assessment tools.
He applies neuroscience-based and trauma-informed learning principles to develop high-performing sales teams, strengthen communication across diverse markets, and translate complex business challenges into actionable sales and leadership strategies. Bob is also a longtime Scout leader and Youth Mental Health First Aid facilitator, and a frequent commentator on building resilient, human-centered sales and leadership cultures.
