RCG Workgroup adheres to the A.D.D.I.E. model of instructional design. Upon contracting with a client, our first step is to work with their sales managers to Analyze the skill level and needs of their sales personnel. We then collaboratively Design a sales training program that focuses on reinforcing strengths and building bridges over weaknesses to optimize the performance of each individual sales team member. We next develop a customized training program with sales management that aligns with who their ideal sales persona is and what expectations they may have for performance and achievement. During the Implementation phase, we partner with sales management to deliver the content we developed to the sales team in an instructor-led format, either on-site and in-person or via teletraining to reach a remote workforce. From there, we conclude with 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day Evaluations to ensure that the KPI’s we set out to achieve are being accomplished.
