Bryan Otte

Bryan Otte is an HR consultant based in the Washington, DC area with more than 15 years of experience as a human resources executive. As a nationally known lecturer and writer, Bryan is highly regarded in the industry for his well-developed general business mindset, having also held executive-level positions with industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies in operations, procurement, marketing, and administration. Bryan earned an MBA from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He also holds SHRM-SCP and HRCI professional certifications. Bryan is currently spending his free time locked down with his family, running whenever he gets a chance to escape them, and dabbling in comedy, for which a career in Human Resources is an excellent pipeline of new material.
