Bob Greene instructed the Management Concepts course ‘Resolving Conflict’ for our team. The course included five senior-level federal civilian supervisors from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), including myself.
From the onset, Bob took time to understand our individual perspectives, approaches to conflict, and areas for development. He then tailored the course material accordingly, creating an environment that encouraged openness, respect, and meaningful discussion. Bob addressed challenging topics thoughtfully while also encouraging us to examine our own potential blind spots; it was clear he was invested in helping each of us develop. As a result, each participant left with practical skills that could be applied immediately in the workplace.
Bob exceeded our expectations and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and instructional skill. I do not typically send this type of feedback, but our experience warranted it.
