R.C. “Bob” Greene, CEO of RCG Workgroup and leadership development strategist, will be a guest lecturer at George Mason University – Schar School of Policy and Government on Wednesday, June 18th, delivering a session on “Leadership Styles and Work Culture in Public Policy” for their summer course “Successful Leadership Principles.”
This engagement, in collaboration with Dr. David K. Rehr, focuses on how leadership behaviors shape organizational effectiveness in the public sector, contributing to the development of future policy leaders.
